HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 06-010 RESOLUTION NO. 06-010 WHEREAS, Madison Plaza, LP has agreed to convey a five foot (5') wide Water Line Easement out of the Calder Woods Addition (6755 Phelan Boulevard)being a 0.0047 acre tract out of Lot 2A of the Amended Plat of Lots 1, 2 and 3, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to provide service for the new commercial structures being constructed in the area. WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of said conveyance and is of the opinion that the acceptance of said conveyance is necessary and desirable and that same should be accepted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT said easement conveyed by Madison Plaza, LP be and the same are hereby, in all things, accepted.
