WHEREAS, bids were received for repairs to the fuel island canopy and wash bay
building at the Fleet Maintenance facility; and,
WHEREAS, Cleveco Construction of Lumberton, submitted a bid in the amount of
$44,500; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Cleveco
Construction of Lumberton, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Cleveco Construction of Lumberton,for repairs to the fuel island
canopy and wash bay building at the Fleet Maintenance facility in the amount of$44,500
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
January, 2006.
