BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment of an invoice
to Isco Industries, LLC of Louisville, Kentucky for pipe used in sewer line replacement
servicing the southwest portion of Beaumont adjacent to Interstate 10 by the Water Utilities
Department in the amount of $25,800.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of aumont this the 10th day of
January, 2006.
