ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A PORTION OF
MCLEAN DRIVE IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a portion of McLean Drive, being a 50' wide street right-of-way of McLean Drive
beginning at the east right-of-way line of Todd Avenue and extending a distance of 1,470'
to the west right-of-way line of Calhoun Drive, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
containing 1.69 acres, more or less, as shown on Exhibit"A" attached hereto, be and the
same is hereby vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of
January, 2006.
