BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to approve a historic preservation
loan from the Historic Preservation Loan Fund in the amount of $53,075 to Jason and
Emily Bowden for renovation of the residence at 1792 Broadway, Oaks Historic District,
Beaumont, Texas. The work to be done to the exterior of the house:
• Reroof with composition shingles $15,627
• Redeck and waterproof of both verandas with Duradeck membrane $10,324
• Recaulk and paint the house $27,124
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
December, 2005.
