WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of fifty(50)electric golf cars for use
at the Henry Homberg Municipal Golf Course; and,
WHEREAS, Club Car Inc., Montgomery, Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of
$152,325; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Club Car Inc.,
Montgomery, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of$152,325 submitted by Club Car Inc., Montgomery, Texas,
fifty (50) electric golf cars for use at the Henry Homberg Municipal Golf Course be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
December, 2005.
