BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of sixteen (16)Compressed Natural
Gas (CNG) powered transit buses to replace the existing fleet of buses from Millennium
Transit Services at the cost of$379,461 per bus at a total cost of$6,071,376.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
December, 2005.
