WHEREAS, the claim of Perry Pete, Jr. has been discussed in an Executive
Session properly called and held Tuesday, December 13, 2005; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to authorize the settlement of the claim;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to settle the claim of Perry
Pete, Jr. in the amount of Nineteen-Thousand ($19,000) Dollars.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 201h day of
December, 2005.
