WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a software system for the
Convention and Visitors' Bureau; and,
WHEREAS, John Paradiso and Associates, Inc., Northampton, Massachusetts,
submitted a bid in the amount of$26,135; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by John Paradiso
and Associates, Inc., Northampton, Massachusetts, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of$26,135 submitted by John Paradiso and Associates, Inc.,
Northampton, Massachusetts, for the purchase of a software system for the Convention
and Visitors' Bureau be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
December, 2005.
