WHEREAS, bids were received for replacing eight (8) overhead doors at the Fleet
Maintenance facility; and,
WHEREAS, Overhead Door Company of Beaumont, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of $44,164; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Overhead Door
Company of Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted in the amount of $44,164 by Overhead Door Company of
Beaumont, Texas, for replacing eight(8)overhead doors at the Fleet Maintenance facility
be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
November, 2005.
