BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves payment of an invoice in the amount of
$44,810.91 to Mustang Tractor and Equipment of Beaumont, Texas, for repairs made to
Unit 5145, a 2002 Caterpillar Model 826G compactor used by the Public Works
Department, Landfill Division .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 29th day of
November, 2005.
