BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of three (3)articulated dump trucks
in the amount of $291,264 each for a total cost of $873,792 for the Public Works
Department,Solid Waste Landfill Division,through the Texas Association of School Boards
(TASB) Buyboard cooperative purchasing program. The contracted Buyboard vendor is
Mustang Tractor and Equipment Company of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 15th day of
