WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 05-086 Civil Service Commissioner, Antoinette
Hardy, was appointed on April 19, 2005 to fill the unexpired term of Civil Service
Commissioner Raymond Ambres whose term of office was October 5, 2004 to October 4,
2007; and,
WHEREAS, the appointment of Commissioner Hardy inadvertently reflected an
expiration date of April 18, 2008; and,

WHEREAS, Resolution 05-086 should be amended to correctly reflect the term of
office of Civil Service Commissioner Antoinette Hardy to be April 19, 2005 to October 4,
2007;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appointment of Civil Service Commissioner Antoinette Hardy be corrected as
follows.
