WHEREAS, Resolution No. 05-225 reallocated funds from the 2000, 2002, 2003
and 2004 Consolidated Block Grant Program years to fund the implementation of an
Emergency Repair Program; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 05-225 should be amended to reflect more appropriate
grant years for the reallocation of the Community Development Block Grant Funds
programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the following funds be reallocated to the Emergency Rehabilitation Program:
