BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the penalty and interest on the tax accounts listed on Exhibit"A" substantially in the
form attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes be and they are hereby
waived pursuant to Section 33.011 of the Texas Property Code as each taxpayer's failure
to pay was caused by a billing error or similar mistake:
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
November, 2005.
