BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a contract with SBC Communications to provide
all hardware necessary for an upgrade to the telecommunications infrastructure in the
amount of$74,880.05.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 1 st day of
November, 2005.
