BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
WHEREAS,the City Council has conducted a public hearing concerning reallocation
of $75,000 from the 2004 Consolidated Block Grant Program, Infrastructure line item, to
Some Other Place ($25,000), Southeast Texas Food Bank ($25,000) and the Salvation
Army ($25,000) to assist with disaster relief efforts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to reallocate $75,000 from the 2004
Consolidated Block Grant Program, Infrastructure line item, to Some Other Place
($25,000), Southeast Texas Food Bank ($25,000) and the Salvation Army ($25,000)
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of eaumont this the 25th day of
October, 2005.
