WHEREAS, on March 25, 2003, the City Council of the City of Beaumont, Texas,
approved the execution of a Three Party Utility Agreement between the City of Beaumont,the
Texas Department of Transportation and Unocal Pipeline; and,
WHEREAS, Unocal Pipeline is to be reimbursed for the adjustment of their facilities on
FM 364/Major Drive in the amount of$100,833.27; and,
WHEREAS, the Texas Department of Transportation will reimburse the City of
Beaumont 80% of the total cost, which is a net cost of$20,166.65 to the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the reimbursement in the amount of
$100,833.27 to Unocal Pipeline for the adjust of their facilities on FM 364/Major Drive.
