MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER
I, Carl R. Griffith, Jr. duly lected Judge of Jefferson Y g County,pursuant to the Disaster
Declaration of September 21, 2005, do hereby order a mandatory evacuation, effective
6:00am, September 22, 2005, for Jefferson County, under the authority granted me by
Section 418.108 (f) of the Government Code..This mandatory evacuation will be in
effect until it is deemed safe for the citizens to return.
