ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING LEMON
STREET IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
THAT Lemon Street, being all of Lemon Street, beginning at the east right-of-way line of
Magnolia Street and extending in an easterly direction for a distance of 555 feet ± to the
end of the street right-of-way, in the City of Beaumont,Jefferson County,Texas,containing
0.819 acres, more or less, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, be and the same
is hereby vacated and abandoned.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont on this the 11'h day of
October, 2005.
