BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a contract with Utility
Service Co., Inc., of Houston, Texas, in the amount of $584,525 to furnish and install all
labor, materials, and equipment to repair, rehabilitate, abrasive blast interior and exterior,
repaint interior and exterior, and disinfect the existing 1,500,000 gallon Northwest Elevated
Water Storage Tank located at Lucas Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
October, 2005.
