BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute all documents
necessary, specifically including a License Agreement, in order for the Beaumont Police
Department to continue to maintain a Police Substation at Parkdale Mall. The License
Agreement is substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
