WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of motorcycle video equipment
for the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Mobile-Vision, Inc., of Boonton, New Jersey, submitted a bid in the
amount of$34,363; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Mobile-Vision,
Inc., of Boonton, New Jersey, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Mobile-Vision, Inc., of Boonton, New Jersey, for the
purchase of motorcycle video equipment for the Police Department in the amount of
$34,363 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
September, 2005.
