BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to pay an invoice in the amount of$84,980
to HTE, Inc. for the renewal of an annual maintenance agreement for software support.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
September, 2005.
