BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a five(5)-year agreement,with the option to renew
each year for an annual period not to exceed five(5)years,with PharmaCare Management
Services, Inc., effective January 1, 2006, as the City's Pharmacy Benefit Manager(PBM).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 6th day of
September, 2005.
