BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into a two-year contract
with Aetna, Inc. for Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D),
Supplemental Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment(AD&D)and Dependent Life
Insurance.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
August, 2005.
