BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a five (5) year renewal of a lease agreement for
property the Texas Military Facilities Commission (TMFC) presently occupies at 3040
College Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
August, 2005.
