WHEREAS,bids were received fora one(1)-year contract for wastewater laboratory
services for the Water Reclamation Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Anacon, Inc. of Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the unit amounts
shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Anacon, Inc. of
Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the unit amounts shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof for all purposes submitted by Anacon, Inc. of Houston, for a one (1)-year contract
for wastewater laboratory services for the Water Reclamation Plant be accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 30th day of
August, 2005.
