BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to purchase 134 Wabash Valley
brand trash receptacles in the estimated amount of $38,294.52 from BJ's Park and
Recreation Products of Magnolia, Texas, which currently contracts with the Texas Local
Government Purchasing Cooperative's BuyBoard to provide these products.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 23rd day of
August, 2005.
