BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve payment in the
amount of$31,690 to R & R Construction of Beaumont, Texas for the replacement of the
driveway at Fire Station No. 10 (Washington Blvd.).
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
August, 2005.
