WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract to demolish a commercial structure
located at 258 Bowie; and,
WHEREAS, CST Environmental, Inc., Houston, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$34,400; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by CST
Environmental, Inc., Houston, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by CST Environmental, Inc., Houston, Texas, for a contract to
demolish a commercial structure located at 258 Bowie in the amount of $34,400 be
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 16th day of
