BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Allco, Ltd.,
Beaumont, Texas for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation of Small Diameter Mains Contract-XI
in the amount of$697,462 to rehabilitate approximately 17,616 linear feet of sanitary sewer
lines.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 2nd day of August,
2005.
