WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has negotiated to sell a surplus tract of land
located adjacent to 4285 Calder, as shown below and as shown on Exhibit "A" and made
a part hereof for all purposes:
Address: Adjacent to 4285 Calder
Legal: Broadway Place Addition, Remainders of Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14, Block 2
Zoning: RS - Residential
and
WHEREAS, the value of $1,000 has been negotiated with the Alice M. Richardson
Trust;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute a deed conveying a
surplus tract of land located adjacent to 4285 Calder, as shown above and on Exhibit"A"and
made a part hereof for all purposes,to the Alice M. Richardson Trust for the negotiated value
of$1,000 subject to retaining the six(6) inch sanitary sewer line crossing the eastside of Lots
11, 12, 13 and 14, Block 2, Broadway Place.
