BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
Jeffrey S. Ward and Associates, Inc. in the amount of $15,000 to develop a Community
Rating System Application to reduce flood insurance rates for the citizens of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of July,
2005.
