BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Allco,
Inc., Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $498,433 for the City of Beaumont Water
Reclamation Plant Rock Trap Basin Improvements.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of July,
2005.
