BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Brystar
Contracting, Inc., Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $983,726 for the 23rd Street Peak
Flow Force Main from Lafin Road to Hillebrandt Bayou - Phase II.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 12th day of July,
2005.
