ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING ALL OF GUINN
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Guinn Avenue, being all of Guinn Avenue, a 60' x 1040.39' public right-of-way
dedicated as part of Amelia Heights Third Addition, Volume 5, Page 122, M.R.J.C., City
of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 1.43 acres, more or less, as described
on Exhibit"A"attached hereto, be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned subject
to the following condition:
• Retain the north 115' as a drainage easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of July,
2005.
