BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council of the City of Beaumont hereby supports a Traffic Signal
Preemption Advance Funding Agreement; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized
to enter into an agreement with the State of Texas and the Southeast Texas Regional
Planning Commission.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 28th day of
June, 2005.
