BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to submit a grant application with
the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to receive Operating Assistance funds for the
Beaumont Municipal Transit System.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute a contract with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA)to receive
Operating Assistance funds for the Beaumont Municipal Transit System.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 21st day of
June, 2005.
