BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute an Emissions
Reduction Incentive Grant agreement with the Texas Commission on Environmental
Quality (TCEQ) in the amount of$472,600.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 7th day of June,
2005.
