HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 05-051 ORDINANCE NO. 05-051 ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A 20' WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT, APPROXIMATELY 470' SOUTH OF GREENFIELD DRIVE IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT: THAT a 20'wide utility easement located west of Major Drive, approximately 470'south of Greenfield Drive, being a 20' x 305' utility easement recorded in Vol. 14, Page 146 of the Map Records of Jefferson County and diagonally crossing Tract 61 E, Plat RS-5, D. Easley Survey, City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, containing 0.14 acres, more or less, as described on Exhibits"A" and "B" attached hereto, be and the same are hereby vacated and abandoned subject to relocating the existing sewer and telephone cables as agreed upon with the City and SBC.
