BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Resolution No.'s 05-110 and 05-117 are hereby amended to provide for the
conveyance of General Warranty Deeds. The titles that the City has in these properties
are General Warranty.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 24th day of May,
