BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves a contract in the amount of$25,000 with Alpha-
Lee Enterprises, Inc. of Friendswood, Texas, for the Independence Day fireworks display.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 17th day of May,
2005.
