BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the Beaumont
Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO)in the amount of$95,000 for the
construction of a home at 3490 W. Euclid and for a developer's fee as indicated in attached
Exhibit "A."
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of May,
2005.
