BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract with the Beaumont
Community Housing Development Organization (BCHDO) in the amount of $235,000 for
costs associated with the construction of four (4) new homes on sites identified in Exhibit
"A" and made apart hereof for all purposes and for assistance with down payment/closing
costs and developer's fees.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of May,
2005.
