WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract to furnish all labor, equipment,
materials and supplies necessary for improvements at Cottonwood and Magnolia Parks;
and,
WHEREAS, N & T Construction Company of Orange, Texas, submitted a bid in the
amount of$277,000; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by N & T
Construction Company of Orange, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by N &T Construction Company of Orange, Texas, in the amount
of$277,000 for a contract to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary
for improvements at Cottonwood and Magnolia Parks be accepted bythe City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 10th day of May,
2005.
