WHEREAS, proposals were received for a litter awareness campaign for the Code
Enforcement Division in the amount of$47,962; and,
WHEREAS, Ann Lee and Associates, Beaumont, Texas, submitted a proposal in
the amount of$47,962 to produce two(2)different thirty-second commercials to airfor 780
broadcasts; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the proposal submitted by Ann Lee
and Associates, Beaumont, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal submitted by Ann Lee and Associates, Beaumont, Texas, for a litter
awareness campaign as described above forthe Code Enforcement Division in the amount
of$47,962 be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of
April, 2005.
