BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase in the amount not to exceed
$450,000 through a public auction property located at 5250 Washington Boulevard for the
Narcotics and Street Crimes units of the Beaumont Police Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute all necessary documents to purchase the property located at 5250
Washington Boulevard.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of April,
2005.
