WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract to purchase fire protective
clothing for the Beaumont Fire Department; and,
WHEREAS, Casco Industries, Pasadena, Texas, submitted a bid as shown below:

; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Casco
Industries, Pasadena, Texas, should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the proposal submitted by Casco Industries, Pasadena, Texas, for an annual
contract to purchase fire protective clothing for the Beaumont Fire Department in the
amount shown above be accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 26th day of April,
2005.
