BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to execute a one (1)year renewal
of the contract with McGriff, Seibels and Williams, Inc., Dallas, Texas, for a one (1) year
fire, extended coverage, flood and quake property insurance policy for a premium of
$255,676.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 19th day of April,
2005.
